Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

HSE is a crucial aspect to our line of work at EPM. We dedicate a component of policy that includes a management system and policy statement, which governs this division of our company.

HSE Management System

The management system defines the core principles of health, safety, and the environment and relates them to our local and regional operations. It furthermore communicates those principles to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties. Moreover, it encompasses eight interrelated components:

Commitment and Leadership and Accountability
Business Processes
Performance Monitoring and Improvement
Policies and Objectives
Organization and Resources
Contractor and Supplier Management
Risk Management
Audits and Reviews.

These are continuously improved by conformance checks that cover controls, correction, and improvement as follows:
On day-to-day standards and procedures (controls)
On the management system (correction)
Through modifications to the management system (improvement).
HSE Policy Statement:

EPM’s success depends greatly on our ability to constantly improve the quality of our services and products. In doing so, we must protect the core principles of HSE. We emphasize human health, operational safety, environmental protection, quality enhancement, and community goodwill.

EPM requires all employees and contractors to commit to QHSE policies and standards. These policies and standards are as follows:

Protect, and strive for improvement of, the health, safety and security of our people at all times;
Meet specified customer requirements and ensure continuous customer satisfaction;
Set Quality & HSE performance objectives, measure results, assess and continually improve processes, services and product quality, through the use of an effective management system;
Plan for, respond to and recover from any emergency, crisis and business disruption;
Minimize our impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, and the reduction and recycling of waste;
Apply our technical skills to all HSE aspects in the design and engineering of our services and products;
