Our selling approach is divided into three main phases :

Pre-Sales
Pre-tender work.
Consultation services specializing in planning and designing projects.
Seminars and lectures for top management engineers.
Pre-tender work is a crucial part of our sales team’s effort. Through vigorous research, we gather information about the allocation of energy, power budgets, and expenditure before tenders are issued. This gives us an advantage to the right specifications in tenders, given the customer’s needs.
Sales
Sales of energy and power products.
Performing turnkey operations upon request.
Contracting, sub-contracting, and managing projects for Energy and Heavy Industries
After Sales
Machinery installation
Operation
Warranty
Inspection
Maintenance, Repairs and Spare parts
Training customer staff on sold machinery and HSE
 
After sales at EPM is highly intertwined with technical support. We believe that Energy and Heavy Industry products are worth less without proper after sales service and maintenance. All our engineers and technicians have received intensive technical training on manufacturer’s equipment. As renovated models and new technologies arise, technicians are sent for a proper update in their training.
